Terms and Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ANDRIUKHIN GLEB, doing business as GigAmigo, for use of https://gig-amigo.com, the GigAmigo Chrome extension, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

GigAmigo is user-controlled software for job-search organisation, resume creation and tailoring, LinkedIn Easy Apply assistance, off-site application assistance on employer and applicant-tracking-system (ATS) websites, Saved answers, application history, recruiter outreach, and user-initiated follow-up. Features may vary by release, browser, LinkedIn account capability, subscription, and third-party availability.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement.
  • You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account, Chrome profile, and connected devices.
  • One GigAmigo account or subscription may be linked to one professional LinkedIn identity unless we expressly offer a different arrangement.
  • You may not sell, share, transfer, or create accounts to evade trial, usage, identity, security, or subscription controls.

3. Connecting LinkedIn

The extension operates in your active browser session. You authorise it to read the minimum LinkedIn page/session information needed for selected product actions and to interact with application or messaging interfaces at your direction. We do not ask for your LinkedIn password and do not receive raw LinkedIn cookies. You are responsible for your LinkedIn account and for complying with applicable third-party terms.

4. User control and review

You choose search filters, Base Resume, tailoring level, review mode, limits, and whether to start or stop a run. Depending on mode, GigAmigo may pause before submission, ask when uncertain, or act automatically within configured and server-enforced limits. Personal follow-up messages require the user to make the final send action. Application forms on employer or ATS websites outside LinkedIn follow the same review setting: with review turned off, the extension may complete and submit those forms for you, using your tailored resume and prepared answers.

5. Resume and AI output

You retain ownership of your resumes, answers, and other material you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. AI-generated drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing factual claims and for ensuring that applications, resumes, and messages are truthful and lawful.

6. Saved answers and sensitive fields

GigAmigo stores answers that you explicitly provide or change according to the product workflow. Automatic fills alone do not create durable Saved answers. You may edit or delete stored answers. You are responsible for deciding whether to answer optional, sensitive, diversity, disability, compensation, immigration, or work-authorisation questions.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, or applications you are not authorised to make;
  • circumvent captchas, checkpoints, platform restrictions, hard caps, security controls, trial controls, or identity binding;
  • send outreach unrelated to a real vacancy or deliberately contact multiple people in a manner designed to create unsolicited mass messaging;
  • upload malicious code, infringing material, or personal information you have no right to process;
  • reverse engineer, resell, scrape, overload, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use another person's LinkedIn identity, subscription, resume, or personal data without permission.

8. LinkedIn restrictions and third parties

Any automation may trigger LinkedIn or another platform's defences. Configurable pacing and hard caps reduce risk but do not guarantee safety or continued access. GigAmigo is not affiliated with LinkedIn or Microsoft and cannot control their interfaces, limits, terms, availability, account actions, or decisions. Google, AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, and other third parties are governed by their own terms.

9. Plans, evaluation access, and billing

Account creation is free unless a checkout screen clearly states otherwise. When billing is available, the product may offer an evaluation allowance measured by completed applications and paid Weekly or Monthly access with the same core feature set. Exact prices, taxes, renewal dates, and eligibility are shown before purchase and form part of these Terms. Activity limits protect the service and account workflow; they are not application credits and cannot be raised by paying more.

10. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal before the next billing date. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Removing the extension alone does not cancel billing.

11. Intellectual property

The service software, branding, interface, documentation, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or brand.

12. Privacy

Personal information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and browser-storage practices are described in the Cookies Policy.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and dispute terms.

14. Availability and changes

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors or update prices prospectively. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent compatibility with LinkedIn or browser interfaces. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated as required by law.

15. No employment guarantee

GigAmigo provides workflow software, not recruitment, placement, legal, immigration, or employment advice. We do not guarantee that an application will be accepted, noticed, answered, or lead to a connection, interview, offer, or job.

16. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties that cannot reasonably be given for third-party platforms or AI output. We are not responsible for platform restrictions, user-submitted inaccuracies, employer decisions, or third-party outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, deliberate circumvention of safeguards, or material breach of these Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Asturias, Spain, without limiting a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts available under mandatory law. Information about EU consumer redress is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

19. Miscellaneous

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign the agreement as part of a lawful business transfer; you may not transfer it without consent. These Terms and linked policies form the entire agreement for the service unless checkout-specific terms expressly add to them.
