2. Purpose of the service
GigAmigo provides software that helps users organise a job search, prepare and tailor resumes, complete user-selected LinkedIn application workflows, assist with applications on employer and ATS websites outside LinkedIn, remember user-confirmed answers, and prepare recruiter outreach. The user remains responsible for deciding where to apply, reviewing information where appropriate, and sending personal follow-up messages.
3. Independent service
GigAmigo is an independent software service. It is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, Google, or their subsidiaries. LinkedIn and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Information and AI outputs
Information and AI-generated suggestions are provided for general job-search assistance. They are not legal, immigration, tax, recruitment, or career advice. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Users must review material statements, application answers, resumes, and messages before relying on them.
5. LinkedIn account risk
Any browser automation can trigger platform restrictions. Pacing, configurable activity limits, and hard caps can reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a LinkedIn account will not be challenged, limited, or suspended. Users choose whether to use automation and must comply with applicable law and the rules of services they access.
6. External links
The website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, terms, or privacy practices and do not endorse third-party content merely by linking to it.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, application acceptance, recruiter responses, interviews, offers, or any employment outcome. Nothing in this notice limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer law.
